Se remitió el expediente al Juzgado de origen para que conceda la impugnación interpuesta y envíe la acción de tutela y la actuación al Tribunal correspondiente para que allí se surta la segunda instancia.
Toda vez que no se notificó a tiempo al accionante, ello no implica que se llegue a la injusticia de dejar sin impugnación un fallo porque una entidad estatal no cumpla con sus obligaciones.
Se ordenó oficiar a la Procuraduría General de la Nación y a TELECOM para lo resuelto en esta providencia.

- PRIMERO. Por la Secretaría General remítase el expediente al Juzgado de origen para que CONCEDA la impugnación interpuesta y envíe la acción de tutela y la actuación al Tribunal de Santafé de Bogotá, Sala Laboral para que allí se surta la segunda instancia.
- SEGUNDO. Una vez resuelta la impugnación, regrese el expediente a la Corte Constitucional para los efectos del artículo 86 de la C.P. y 32 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
- TERCERO. Ofíciese a la Procuraduría General de la Nación y a TELECOM para los efectos indicados en la parte motiva de este auto. Remítasele copia integra de esta providencia.
